At Steam Sauna Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment. If your product is not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, uninstalled condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to ensure safe transit and full credit eligibility.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
